Robert's two friends Sean Caskey and Devin Stuck performed CPR for 45 minutes before the life flight arrived.

Suspecting he suffered a broken neck, Sean and Devin quickly took Robert to shore, called 911, and performed CPR until a helicopter arrived. Fortunately, Robert's friends were recently re-certified in CPR and life-saving skills.

Thanks to letters received at the Red Cross, Devin Stuck and Sean Caskey will receive the annual Red Cross Heroes Award during an event at Northern Quest Casino. These  awards will be given out on November 12th starting at noon. Everyone is welcome to attend,and there is no charge, but because it's a luncheon you need to call Mary to RSVP 326-3330  x 217.  ( Tell her your relationship to the boys).  This is going to be a very special time for Devin, Sean and Robert's family, so please come and support this very special day.
